We all know that Summer causes children to have 42 percent of their meals reduced with no school breakfast or lunch. We provide some educational materials around encouraging families to plan better each year for how they will navigate this reality. WebJeffco Eats, is an organization formed in 2016 as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit whose mission is simple. We strategically function as a year-round weekend food program provider in partnership with Food Bank of Rockies and the Jefferson County Department of Education Title One Department.
